About the role
Responsibilities
- Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide technical product overviews and insights based on customer needs
- Increase technical acumen to accelerate customer success in the cloud
- Position competitive offerings and solutions within customer contexts
- Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations for accurate cost projections
- Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team
- Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions across the Center
- Research and educate self on cloud capabilities and competitor pricing
Requirements
- Native-level Swedish and fluent English (B2)
- 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred)
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging computing trends
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in a technical sales or presales environment
- L200 certification
- Experience with modern sales techniques and tools
