Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government and enterprise sectors
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to design solutions
  • Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and manage contract negotiations
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Software Sales
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Saudi Arabian or UAE market
  • Proven experience selling enterprise technology (Digital Transformation, AI, Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience selling to Government entities and large Enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated success in both new business development and account management
  • Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of government and enterprise decision-makers in Saudi Arabia or UAE
  • Experience working within a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting firm
  • Understanding of the Saudi government procurement ecosystem
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
