Software Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business with small and mid-sized merchants
• Sell payment processing, POS, and fintech solutions
• Conduct in-person and outbound sales activity within an assigned territory
• Manage leads, opportunities, and customer data using Salesforce
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas

Requirements

• Must reside within the defined territory
• 1+ years of outside sales or field sales experience
• Ability to maintain a field presence a minimum of 75% of the time
• Experience selling SaaS, POS, payments, merchant services, or fintech solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling specifically to small and mid-sized business (SMB) clients
• Deep industry knowledge of merchant services, payment processing, and POS systems
