Software Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments with small to mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses.
• Deliver Point of Sale (POS) presentations both in person and over the phone to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
• Demonstrate cloud-based POS solutions and explain the company's value proposition.
• Upsell existing clients on additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within CRM platforms like Atlas and Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
• Ability to perform regular short-distance travel to visit client sites.
• Must live in the area relative to the job location.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills.
• An incentive-driven "hunter" mentality with a high sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of relevant sales or professional experience.
• Previous knowledge of the Restaurant or Retail industries.
