Software Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Heartland Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone
• Close deals with small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses within a fast sales cycle
• Demonstrate cloud-based Point of Sale solutions and explain the company value proposition
• Upsell existing clients on additional Heartland products and services
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within CRM platforms like Atlas and Salesforce
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas through consistent appointment setting

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Ability to perform regular short-distance travel to visit client sites
• Must live in the area relative to the job location

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales or professional experience
• Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industry
