Software Radar Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components for automotive radar systems.
• Implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Support the development of radar perception and signal processing software.
• Collaborate with systems and hardware teams to integrate radar functionality into vehicle platforms.
• Perform software integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Lead software development activities and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Execute unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proven experience in automotive radar systems or ADAS technologies.
• Strong programming proficiency in C and/or C++.
• Experience with software architecture and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience working with embedded systems and real-time software.
• Familiarity with radar technologies and signal processing concepts.
• Proficiency in software debugging, integration, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, or AUTOSAR.
