Software Quality Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen-AI) models and tools
• Leverage AI-powered insights to identify emerging on-road issue trends, new risk scenarios, and edge cases
• Define and document new policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that integrate AI tools into workflows
• Design and implement robust quality control processes for both human and AI-generated outputs
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for technical policies and guidelines in new markets like London
• Provide technical leadership to enhance workflows and drive user testing for new tooling features

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations in European metropolitan areas
• Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset QA and bias detection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international or offshore vendor teams
• Basic SQL querying skills
• Competency in LLM, transformer models, or ML for robotics
• Experience with project or program management in a global, distributed environment
