Software Quality Lab Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintain PC and peripheral lab environments used for software validation, automation execution, and device testing.
• Monitor the health and readiness of lab systems, including automation test runners, Windows PCs, and network connectivity.
• Perform routine maintenance such as system restarts, updates, configuration checks, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Identify, triage, and escalate lab equipment issues including hardware failures and connectivity problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of lab assets, system configurations, and maintenance history.
• Support lab inventory and asset tracking for PCs, peripherals, test devices, and accessories.
• Assist engineering and quality teams by preparing lab systems and validating environment readiness.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or higher.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in lab operations or technical support.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and lab maintenance.
• Proficiency in asset tracking and documentation.
