Software Quality Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and implement in-house automotive software development processes considering SPICE, ISO26262, and ISO21434 standards.
• Drive software quality assurance (SQA) activities for both in-house and supplier-developed software.
• Develop design methodologies and tools to improve overall vehicle software quality.
• Plan and promote quality improvement activities and capability enhancement for global suppliers.
• Collaborate with diverse engineering teams and global suppliers to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Programming skills in C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in embedded software development.
• Knowledge of software development standards such as A-SPICE, ISO26262, or Autosar.
• Experience conducting Software Quality Assurance (SQA) activities.
• Proficiency with software development tools and methodologies.
• TOEIC score of 730 or higher.
