Software Quality Assurance Analyst Sr

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery by driving requirements, backlog refinement, technical design, and deployment planning across Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Build high-quality, production-ready solutions using established design patterns and coding standards.
• Automate test coverage and support continuous build/integration practices to minimize defects.
• Strengthen platform reliability through on-call support, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Improve platform health by reporting operational KPIs and reducing technical debt through improved shared libraries and standards.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of professional industry experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven expertise in technical design and development.
• Experience working within Agile and/or waterfall delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams of four or more software developers or equivalent technical leadership.
• Advanced experience with APIs, workflows, process flows, data models, and UI components.
• Strong understanding of integration and data transport patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, bulk data).
• Experience extending commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and influence cross-functional partners.
