Software QA Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and author test cases
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover user scenarios and edge cases
• Document bugs in issue trackers such as Jira with clear reproduction steps
• Participate in the full bug life cycle from registration through verification and closure
• Support the establishment and operation of service quality management processes
• Execute manual functional testing
• Develop and study QA automation scripts

Requirements

• Basic understanding of and interest in software quality and testing
• Ability to analyze services from multiple perspectives including user experience, edge cases, and exceptions
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Software-related academic or practical knowledge
• Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Notion
• Hands-on experience with AI services and strong interest in the domain
• Prior QA activities such as bug reporting and test case writing
• Issue life cycle management experience from personal projects or hackathons
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent software testing certification
