Software QA Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Participate in all steps of the software development life cycle to ensure continuous quality and testability of code.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and suites using TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Write and execute application tests at the source code level, including white box, unit, and component testing.
• Develop software tools and utilities for end-to-end functional testing, including API and RESTful web services.
• Implement and manage CI/CD frameworks to support continuous testing and deployment.
• Conduct performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing to identify application bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to develop intricate test plans and data conditioning procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, and development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience developing automated testing strategies across various environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
