Software Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project management operations including planning, tracking, reporting, and governance for product and R&D initiatives.
• Ensure PMO execution aligns with technical architecture standards and InfoSec requirements.
• Optimize PMO processes by embedding product development lifecycle checkpoints and mitigating risks.
• Drive end-to-end Change Management Process (CMP) execution and release management.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, R&D, QA, Change Management, and TechOps teams.
• Support release planning and communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in product development, technology, or R&D.
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from ideation through post-release.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management Process (CMP) and release management.
• Basic understanding of software architecture concepts, including microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and spoken English for producing clear project and technical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
• Background as a Product Manager or in a closely related role.
• Understanding of iGaming core systems, integrations, and regulatory considerations.
• Engineering-oriented, analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management skills.
