Software Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Validate project scope, plans, and timelines for moderately complex projects to ensure alignment with success metrics.
• Identify potential risks to project or program success and escalate them to management as needed.
• Support the management of project delivery, including scope, timelines, and costs, under general supervision.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support the execution of communication plans.
• Assist in managing change by assessing project impacts and supporting organizational readiness and training efforts.
• Evaluate project outcomes against defined success metrics and recommend improvements to processes or solutions.
• Deliver consistent team reporting and support performance tracking through established metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or product development environments.
• Formal project management education and relevant professional experience.
