Software Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze technical and functional requirements
• Lead development projects including web applications, software, and APIs
• Supervise and coordinate technical teams such as developers, testers, and DevOps
• Participate in architectural choices and technical orientations
• Monitor project progress regarding planning, budget, and quality
• Ensure communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Supervise testing, acceptance, and production deployment phases
• Implement and monitor development best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering school
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management or software development with leadership evolution
• Understanding of development environments (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Understanding of software architecture and integration (API, microservices)
• English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
