Software Project Buyer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy procurement strategies based on spend analysis
• Act as the procurement expert for assigned software and IT service categories
• Lead tender processes and manage negotiations for major contracts
• Collaborate with internal partners and suppliers to reduce total cost and mitigate risks
• Manage relationships with strategic and major suppliers through the SRM program
• Ensure compliance with Indirect Procurement policies and promote best practices
• Contribute to the development of procurement processes and tools in a multi-local environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/SI procurement, preferably in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of the IT supplier market and associated business models
• Solid contract management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Procurement (e.g., MAI, DESMA or equivalent)
