Software Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, prioritized roadmap, and success criteria aligned with global digital strategy.
• Lead discovery processes including user research, prototyping, and validation to translate insights into high-quality epics and user stories.
• Manage the backlog in Jira using the Scrum framework, leading grooming and planning sessions with the development team.
• Generate end-to-end documentation, including product artifacts, user guides, and project closures within Atlassian tools.
• Monitor usage metrics using Heap and Clarity to define KPIs and build dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Plan and execute product rollouts in coordination with operations to ensure effective adoption across all affiliated countries.
• Supervise QA standards and post-launch performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multicultural and distributed teams across various time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital platforms, preferably with Salesforce or other customized SaaS/CRM environments.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog and sprint management and LucidChart for user/business flows.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Heap, Mixpanel, or Clarity.
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework and the full software development life cycle.
• Ability to generate comprehensive technical and functional product documentation.
• Advanced English fluency is indispensable.
