About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product development cycle from initial definition to General Availability (GA), ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules.
- Translate market trends, competitor analysis, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and functional design documents.
- Act as a primary advocate for customers and stakeholders during the specification and development stages.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to guide feature prioritization and development.
- Translate user requirements into executable feature items for the software engineering team.
- Drive business readiness activities, including product testing, end-user training, and rollout strategies.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution according to the defined plan.
- Analyze operational data and user behavior to drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of professional experience in product management, software development, or digital product development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency with JIRA and experience working with Kanban principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional team activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong background in risk management and project planning.
- Expertise in Scrum frameworks and sprint planning.
