About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire product development cycle from initial definition to General Availability (GA), ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules.
  • Translate market trends, competitor analysis, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and functional design documents.
  • Act as a primary advocate for customers and stakeholders during the specification and development stages.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to guide feature prioritization and development.
  • Translate user requirements into executable feature items for the software engineering team.
  • Drive business readiness activities, including product testing, end-user training, and rollout strategies.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution according to the defined plan.
  • Analyze operational data and user behavior to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of professional experience in product management, software development, or digital product development.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and experience working with Kanban principles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional team activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation and continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong background in risk management and project planning.
  • Expertise in Scrum frameworks and sprint planning.
