Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month intensive development program combining hands-on experience with comprehensive training
• Rotate within related business functions or cross-departments to build a diverse skill set
• Collaborate with global colleagues and contribute to meaningful business projects
• Work under the mentorship of functional team leaders to develop technical and business expertise
• Drive innovation in areas such as Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Test Automation, or UI/UX Design

Requirements

• Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
• Technical expertise in a relevant area of interest (Data, Software, QA, or Design)
• Strong passion for Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
• Proven personal achievements in academics, internships, or extracurricular activities
• High level of motivation, ownership, and accountability
