About the Company

A.TREDS Limited is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers via a bidding model. Invoicemart manages and operates an online receivable discounting platform (B2B market place) for facilitating short-term financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive world-class fintech product development through continuous improvement and agility
• Define and evolve business strategy through technology research and data
• Execute Invoicemart product strategy and vision
• Provide project and technical leadership to deliver software solutions
• Manage timely software and product deliverables via Agile/Sprint planning
• Drive cross-functional success by collaborating with Sales, Operations, and business leadership
• Develop and execute short- and long-term product roadmaps
• Foster individual and team growth while maintaining an inclusive, customer-focused culture
• Create and track key performance and delivery metrics for the Product Development team

Requirements

• 8-10 years of prior experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, MS, M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science/IT
• Hands-on developer experience in the past
• Prior working knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
• Ability to plan and manage tasks and teams regarding organizational deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java Springboot Microservices
• Product Management, Leadership, or Management training certifications
