Software Engineer/Writer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and establish a culture of great docs
• Build and improve documentation-adjacent tools, including auto-generated docs, error messages, logs, and library docstrings
• Create and refine training materials such as the OCaml Bootcamp and Dev Teach-ins
• Write tutorials, overviews, and chapters for the internal developer handbook
• Produce external content for the company blog, programming podcast, conferences, and recruiting events

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills with a feel for technology
• Programming ability sufficient to navigate codebases, work through tutorials, and write examples
• Experience with functional programming, type systems, OCaml, or finance is unnecessary; training provided on the job
