Software Engineer/Lead Java

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternative technologies for architectural review

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Java development
• 6+ years for Lead roles including team handling experience
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Hibernate
• Strong understanding of OOP software design concepts
• Experience with Spring MVC, Struts, and J2EE
• Knowledge of SQL, multithreading, and REST/SOAP web services
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Protractor
