Software Engineering Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of critical domestic and international payment services
• Manage key application design, support, and end-to-end lifecycle management for Treasury Management customers
• Deliver complex initiatives in an agile environment to provide technological solutions for cross-functional teams
• Act as a Payments Domain Subject Matter Expert and thought leader to develop innovative business and technical solutions
• Ensure application availability, stability, and vulnerability management across the application suite
• Manage and mentor a diverse, geographically distributed team of engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Business, Risk, Architecture, and Platform teams to drive strategic roadmaps
• Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance technical capabilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical and business analysis with a strong focus on payments initiatives
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-native technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the payments domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience applying AI for data analysis
• Proven ability to drive consensus and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on technical experience to drive architectural decisions
• Experience managing production support teams in high-visibility, customer-facing environments where SLAs are critical
