Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams in developing and integrating technical solutions for the DroneArmor CUAS C2 software product line
• Add new features and capabilities to the DroneArmor CUAS C2 software
• Integrate new CUAS sensors and effectors using APIs and ICDs
• Diagnose and develop technical solutions for software issues discovered during testing or in the field
• Develop and code interface messaging software components to facilitate system communication
• Support demonstrations of developed CUAS capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience (or 16+ years in lieu of a degree)
• US Citizenship is required
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• Expertise in Java software development
• Proven experience managing software engineering teams through complex development efforts
• Experience working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
• Experience designing, testing, debugging, and documenting software

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Atlassian products, GIT, Docker, Swing, or React
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithm development and training
• Familiarity with CUAS, Electronic Warfare (EW), Command & Control (C2), Radars, or Communications Electronics
• Experience working with Geospatial Systems and processing geospatial data
