Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple agile teams including software engineers, team leads, and product managers
• Manage a broad portfolio of technology projects providing web, mobile, and integration solutions
• Drive the full software development life-cycle and set strategy to maximize ROI
• Provide architectural guidance and lead the charge on challenging bugs and architectural problems
• Develop scalable SaaS solutions leveraging the Cloud
• Communicate vision and strategy to the team to align functional and business goals
• Lead and coach Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality products

Requirements

• 4+ year degree in Computer Science
• 14+ years of combined experience in software engineering leadership, architecting, and deploying SaaS applications
• 6+ years of experience with agile development and scrum methodologies
• 2-5 years of experience building consumer web and mobile software solutions
• 2-4 years of people management experience building and motivating large teams
• Strong understanding of SaaS security issues and mitigation
• Solid technical background in next-generation architectures
• Ability to perform code reviews and engage in design discussions
