Software Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and brainstorming sessions to define functional and non-functional requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
• Design and provide scalable solutions for applications and practice needs.
• Utilize data science techniques and Python to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines using SSIS.
• Leverage Salesforce Einstein and GPT to enhance customer experience and drive sales effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor Scrum and project teams while representing the offshore team.
• Follow Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Document project artifacts and create data flow/process flow diagrams.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of relevant Salesforce experience (including Apex, Visualforce, and customization).
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead.
• 2+ years of experience in data science and Python programming.
• 1+ years of experience with ChatGPT and Prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in SSIS and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and GPT.
