Software Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Design, document, build, and test new software applications
• Develop applications through coding and programming
• Support embedded software development activities using C/C++ or Python
• Perform unit testing and debugging
• Integrate and test software with hardware platforms such as ECUs, evaluation boards, and test benches
• Participate in system verification, validation, and test automation
• Attend team meetings and support various project work as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Proficiency in Python and Linux environments
• Experience with testing and debugging
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in-person at the Farmington Hills, MI site

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with schematics and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
