Software Engineering, Full Stack - AI

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge, cloud-native, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
• Build and guide the development of GenAI applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including agent workflows and graph-based orchestration.
• Design and implement modern AI/ML solutions, including generative AI/LLM-based applications, embeddings, and RAG.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define architecture, optimize engineering processes, and translate business needs into technical artifacts.
• Maintain and enhance microservices-based components and data ingestion pipelines.
• Write automated unit, integration, performance, and visual regression tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote and evolve development best practices regarding versioning, dependency management, and DevSecOps strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong backend expertise in Java and Python.
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing distributed application architectures of moderate-to-high complexity.
• 5+ years of experience developing scalable web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI concepts, including embeddings, vector stores, RAG, and LLM integration.
• Experience with tools like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL/search technologies (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GIT, and modern DevSecOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled features specifically for customer-facing enterprise applications.
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFormation) and networking concepts.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Familiarity with data engineering patterns and observability/monitoring for distributed systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical standards across teams.
