Software Engineering & Development, VP

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of modern, AI-driven web applications, including adaptive and generative user interfaces using Angular and other modern frameworks.
• Architect frontend platforms that integrate seamlessly with AI services, such as LLM-powered conversational interfaces and intelligent recommendations.
• Define best practices for AI-augmented frontend architecture, including state management, UI-layer prompt orchestration, and performance optimization.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and data/AI teams to translate business needs into intuitive, production-grade user experiences.
• Lead proofs of concept for emerging technologies like Generative UI and agent-driven workflows.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, and accessibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in modern frontend or web application development.
• Deep expertise in Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience designing large-scale, modular, and maintainable frontend architectures for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI-integrated web patterns, such as consuming AI/LLM APIs and building conversational interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building data-rich applications featuring complex charts, dashboards, and analytics.
• Master's degree or PhD exposure in AI-related domains.
• Exposure to mobile or cross-platform development (iOS, Android, or hybrid frameworks).
• Strong technical leadership skills with experience influencing architectural decisions.
