Software Engineering & Development, Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and install enhancements for ETF data quality and delivery applications
• Work independently to develop, test, and debug software solutions within business and technical domains
• Implement software programs and projects using cloud computing tools and engineering languages
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure high-quality end products
• Participate in code reviews and the full agile software development lifecycle, including daily standups and sprint planning
• Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs to implement effective solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java n-tier applications
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and professional Java development
• Experience with cloud technologies, methodologies, and implementation tools
• Extensive experience with data and database tooling
• BS/MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AI-enabled programming
• Ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements within the financial sector
• Strong collaborative skills for working with global, multi-location teams
