Software Engineering Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of courses and prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments
• Assess student progress through grading assignments, papers, and exams
• Advise students on course selection and academic goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop or modify degree and certificate curricula
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and theses
• Conduct research, write proposals, and publish academic papers
• Participate in faculty meetings, examinations invigilation, and administrative quality assurance duties

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in a related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum of three years of experience in higher education teaching or comparable industry experience
• Experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Minimum ranking of Assistant Professor or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
