Software Engineer/Full Stack Java Developer/GenAI/UI

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document low to moderately complex technology projects and programs.
• Participate in technology initiatives including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and availability within the technology domain.
• Review and analyze technical assignments and research alternative technology solutions for low to medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for issue resolution and escalate matters as needed to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to provide technical information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Core expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Proficiency in UI technologies including Angular, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, LLM models, and agent-based approaches.
• Strong understanding of Microservices, Cloud application development, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with SQL, API-driven development (SOAP, REST, JSON), and Multi-threaded application development.
• Knowledge of OOAD, Design Patterns, and Behavioral Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments using tools like JIRA.
• Background in Consumer Banking or complex middleware applications.
