Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native, event-driven services that power patient billing communications across SMS, email, voice, and web
• Work with product owners and engineering teams to define and develop world-class product solutions
• Harness big data to provide insights and make healthcare billing easier to understand
• Use AI and agentic workflows, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot, as a core part of your daily engineering practice
• Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge of modern development techniques and drive fresh ideas for problem-solving

Requirements

• Experience developing solutions in Python or .NET
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive tasks to completion independently or within a group setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, EventBridge)
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Angular
• Experience with SQL databases such as Postgres or SQL Server
• Knowledge of FHIR-based data models
