Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop a revolutionary finance marketplace product, including user experience and business logic.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ideate product builds and coordinate with Architects for technical alignment.
• Participate in code and design reviews to establish best software design and development practices.
• Develop software components and systems for various pods.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to drive high-quality product adoption.
• Participate in technical hiring activities to attract top engineering talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in full stack development, delivering enterprise-class web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in Java technologies, specifically Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka.
• Proven experience in designing scalable applications capable of handling millions of transactions.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS, including schema design and large-scale data handling.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Kubernetes deployment.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and using cloud technologies like AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and unit testing/automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
