Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using Java, Python, or Golang
• Implement APIs, services, and data-access layers under the guidance of senior engineers
• Apply core data structures and algorithms to solve real-world engineering problems
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including writing efficient SQL queries
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews
• Assist in debugging production issues and writing unit tests

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in software development (including internships or projects)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Golang
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to REST APIs or backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, FastAPI, or Flask
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, or distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Docker
• Academic or personal projects involving backend systems
