Software Engineer, Web Frontend

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for robot control and monitoring interfaces
• Refactor and improve existing components for better performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
• Work with robotics engineers to integrate new robot capabilities into the UI
• Write tests to ensure reliability of critical features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Debug and fix issues reported from robot deployments in the field
• Optimize performance for smooth interactions on embedded hardware and web browsers

Requirements

• 3+ years (6+ for Senior) of production React experience
• Deep understanding of React patterns, hooks, and modern best practices
• Proficiency in TypeScript and complex type systems
• Strong UI/UX sensibility for accessible interfaces
• Experience with state management libraries like MobX or Redux
• Commitment to writing maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
• Ability to debug complex issues in real-time systems
• Proficiency in Korean language for team communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or IoT applications
• Canvas/WebGL visualization experience
• Experience with Electron applications
• Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) best practices
• Knowledge of gRPC or Protocol Buffers
• Experience with feature flag systems
• Background in real-time data visualization
