Software Engineer, Web

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools, backoffice systems, and platforms for data access and monitoring
• Own growth and distribution infrastructure, including acquisition and retention tracking
• Architect durable, event-driven workflows using orchestration systems like Restate
• Develop real-time metrics dashboards and data visualizations
• Contribute to AI/LLM-powered pipelines for content and metadata generation
• Take end-to-end ownership of architecture, implementation, performance, and reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building SaaS products or internal tools
• Experience with growth engineering, experimentation, and analytics instrumentation
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue) and NodeJS/TypeScript
• Experience with API design and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with orchestration systems like Temporal or Restate
• Ability to work autonomously across frontend and backend

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of infrastructure tools such as Bazel, GCP, or K8s
• Experience building data visualizations or working with analytics tools
• Experience building AI-powered pipelines or automated content systems
