Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify information system programs for consumer medical testing
• Support the implementation of complex requirements across multiple platforms and operating systems
• Analyze and isolate application issues to perform independent problem resolution
• Improve system performance by investigating problems and identifying technology trends
• Monitor software project progress by tracking activity and publishing progress reports
• Collaborate with team members to deliver maintainable, customer-centric solutions
• Mentor others and maintain clear, consistent communication across the team

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience with enterprise-level JavaScript
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and React.js
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux or React Context API
• Experience with backend technologies including Node.js or Python
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and managing SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Fremont, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as antd or shadcn
• Experience working in highly collaborative, office-based environments
