Software Engineer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-stack developer championing the user journey from interface to API
• Translate high-fidelity designs into production-ready frontend code using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Design product layout, logic, and interactive flows
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Maintain design system consistency and document UI component libraries
• Integrate frontend components with robust backend services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of UI/UX experience
• 5+ years of professional software development in an agile environment
• 5+ years of full-stack experience with React and Node.js or Python
• 5+ years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, React, HTML, or CSS
• Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Mocha, PyTest)
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows and DevOps automation
• US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in architecture and implementation of distributed computing environments
• Knowledge of software and system optimization
• Experience maintaining full stack applications with scalable data processing architectures
