Software Engineer - UI

The company leverages advanced research in robotics and machine learning to deliver combined capabilities for unit commanders through its OverDrive autonomy stack and OverWatch C2 interface.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI features for a cutting-edge command-and-control (C2) interface for autonomous ground vehicles
• Contribute production-quality code to a modern frontend codebase following established architectural patterns
• Work closely with UX designers to translate design systems and mockups into polished interfaces
• Integrate UI components with various backend APIs and data sources
• Participate in field exercises and user observations to inform rapid iteration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline; OR 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with React and TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience developing user interfaces in production systems
• Familiarity working with backend APIs and asynchronous data flows
• Experience with or interest in real-time or event-driven systems (e.g., MQTT)
• Experience developing for Android/ATAK devices
