Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Modus Web Components using StencilJS and Tailwind CSS
• Implement AI-native development processes to generate production code from Figma designs
• Ensure all components meet rigorous accessibility (WCAG 2.2), internationalization, and responsive design standards
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated documentation via Storybook
• Enforce best practices in version control, code reviews, and atomic design principles
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure technical excellence and project alignment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience, specifically in component libraries or design systems
• Proficiency in building Native Web Components using StencilJS or Lit
• Deep understanding of modern CSS and styling utilities like Tailwind CSS
• Practical experience with AI-assisted code generation processes
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5
• Familiarity with major frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Knowledge of atomic design principles
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and E2E testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing design system 'Recipes' or themes for product customization
• Strong understanding of core UI/UX design principles
