Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Agentic AI capabilities to enhance user experience and automate workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to design and deploy scalable microservices on Microsoft Azure
• Transform legacy systems into modern, AI-driven solutions by refactoring persistence layers and web API services
• Partner with Product Management to turn AI-driven analytics into impactful product features
• Support continuous delivery by implementing AI-enhanced automated deployment strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 1+ years of proven software application development experience
• Expertise in enterprise development and SQL Server within secure web environments
• Experience developing and deploying multi-tenant applications using microservice architecture
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud-based architectures, specifically Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience integrating AI libraries and frameworks into enterprise software
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or Dojo
• Proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience modernizing legacy systems using AI-driven optimization techniques
