Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write and review high-quality, performant code for React Native mobile apps, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs
• Architect core systems, including real-time job matching algorithms and autonomous worker vetting pipelines powered by ML and AI agents
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, eye-pleasing user interfaces
• Implement CI/CD workflows using Docker and GitHub Actions
• Add analytics and monitoring to track user experience and application health
• Partner with the CTO to provide input on the product roadmap and own key product decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and JavaScript proficiency
• Strong experience with React Native and React
• Proficiency with Node.js and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker
• Proven experience working in an early-stage startup environment
• Ability to work through ambiguity as a self-starter
