Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including analytics and real-time systems
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
• Apply knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM and/or Service Portal
• Code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces and queries
• Oversee software development teams and ensure work meets process constraints
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or 4 years additional SWE experience)
• Two years experience developing and customizing core applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
• Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
• ITILv2 Certification
