Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation built from the ground up
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product managers to release products
• Design and deliver risk-based test plans for new features
• Pair with software engineers to identify coverage gaps and automate repeated tasks
• Build regression test coverage through existing or new infrastructure
• Maintain test scripts and scale tests for faster, reliable execution

Requirements

• 3-6 years of software development or test framework development experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Javascript, Java, or Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools like AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, Cypress, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, or Jest
• Expertise in test-driven development including unit, integration, and functional tests
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical problems succinctly
