Responsibilities

• Contribute to the storage, indexing, and query execution performance of Brainstore
• Expand Braintrust's btql query language
• Optimize query patterns to improve performance across the platform
• Help build core systems powering the ability to process and query massive volumes of unstructured data at enterprise scale

Requirements

• Expert-level understanding of systems programming (C++ or Rust)
• Deep knowledge of concurrency, databases, and operating systems
• Experience with database systems, compilers, networks, or storage systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience founding or working at startups
• Experience writing prompts or tinkering with GPT models and applications
