Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance and support of a C# .NET application
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to meet customer needs
• Write maintainable code following SOLID principles and adhering to development standards
• Implement team quality practices and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with team members in an agile/scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience building production-grade software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• Knowledge of .NET ecosystem (framework 4.8+ / .NET 8+)
• Proficiency in web technologies including C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Understanding of SOLID principles and applicable design patterns
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests
• Proficiency with version control workflows, preferably git
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog APM, logging, and monitoring
• Ability to safely refactor existing code using appropriate testing practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
• Exposure to SRE practices including observability and performance monitoring
