Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and ship experiments to drive patient bookings, including message copy tests and new in-product booking flows
• Optimize multi-channel engagement across SMS, phone, email, and mail to reach underserved patients
• Define and monitor funnel metrics to understand drop-off, activation, and conversion
• Run rapid brainstorms and sizing exercises to prioritize growth bets
• Share insights through clear reporting and experiment reviews with cross-functional partners
• Test unconventional tactics and simulate outreach volume to match clinical supply and demand

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• 1-2 years of experience on a growth or experimentation-focused team
• Experience building and iterating on backend systems for messaging, funnels, or activation flows
• Proven track record of shipping and measuring experiments that move core metrics
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills to identify drop-offs and size opportunities
• Experience collaborating with product, design, data, or operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-ambiguity, zero-to-one, or product-led growth (PLG) environments
• Ability to own the full experimentation loop: sizing, building, launching, and measuring
• Proficiency with our tech stack, including TypeScript, Python, AWS, and GraphQL
