Software Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, high-impact technology solutions and microservices
• Collaborate with functional and delivery teams to design solutions for business requirements
• Conduct testing of new software releases to ensure successful implementation
• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient
• Provide production support, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot errors
• Work in a cross-functional Agile team to deliver core business and regulatory solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, business, Information sciences, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, cloud back-end/front-end design, and deployment
• Experience with Micro Service Architecture using REST, Spring Boot, and Docker
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to experiment with new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Camunda, Temporal, or BPMN
• Exposure to enterprise business architecture modeling
