Software Engineer - Solutions

Responsibilities

• Write code to help users unlock the full potential of the Alchemy stack
• Help top-tier teams design, scale, and optimize their use of infrastructure
• Proactively help customers onboard, integrate, and ship products
• Translate developer needs into product insights and roadmap priorities
• Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts
• Work across Product, Engineering, and BD to close feedback loops

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Engineering)
• Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture
• Experience working directly with customers in B2B SaaS or infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to builders and executives
• Passion for blockchain and crypto infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth startup
• Experience scaling a product in a fast-moving environment
